The technology of Niubao TAL 10000 and TAL 15000 equipments are one of the most mature equipments in Niubao Assembling Production Line, which is also the widely acknowledged equipment nowadays in worldwide market.
1. The overall description of the equipment
The theory is that the manipulator collects the chip from epistar through visual system, after turning 180 degrees, it makes the electric magnet and rope form return circuit through heat and pressure. It is composed of material entering, glueing, prebinding, final binding, testing, material output and splitting modules.
Material entering module: It inputs the scroll carrier tape into the first artwork module. A buffer device and a leading controller have guaranteed the accurate positioning of antenna.
Glueing module: The adhesive module with moldboard glueing system attachs all kinds of ACP or NCP to the binding place of antenna.
Pre binding module: It chooses the chip from wafer and then turning 180 degree, and move the chip to the binding place and then attaches on the antenna.
The final binding module: The final binding module with high heat pressing unit makes the chip and the antenna finish the interior connection. For example, using thermal head( heat, pressure and time) to solidify ACP or NCP adhesion.
Testing module: It tests the function of housed rfid tags through head reading system. Disqualified inlay will be marked by using ink dot.
Material output module: Standard material output module is a enrolled module, which upenrolls the antenna scroll to material output scroll and can cut the substrate into single row.

Could process smaller chips: can bind chips of several sizes: 0.3*0.3mm
High provision of equipments: It possesses twelve visual position system, which is location accurating, wafer testing, deviate varifying for wafer position and location for binding places. The provision of wafer provision is not lower than 50um, the provision for binding pressure is not lower than 5 percent, the smallest is 0.1N, and the provision for heat controlling is in 5 degree.
We have holographic microscope, pulling and pushing instrument, frequency analyzing instrument, high and low temperature testing instrument, electricity testing instrument and so on. Through using these instruments, The binding quality of wafer will be dramatically improved.
Holographic microscope: The maximum multiple amplification is 1000 times, which can check the wafer binding place so as to better adjust technological parameter of equipments.
Pulling and Pushing instrument: It is used to test the binding degree of wafer and antenne and it is the main judgment of edd products.
High and Low temperature testing instrument: It is used to set different environment temperatures so as to testing and checking the aging and raw material in different temperatures.
Electricity testing instrument: Testing the size of static electricity in productin by adopting this kind of instrument and taking actions to avoid the damage of products.
